Responsibilities:

Be part of a vibrant and energetic cruise team to deliver sales revenue and passenger numbers
Counter sales to retail customers of cruise packages
Provide professional travel solutions and superb services to ensure client satisfaction
Liaise with cruise company to manage promotional campaign

Requirements:

Must be digital savvy and good with technologies
Diploma in Tourism or related discipline and above
Minimum 2 years of Cruise Consultant experience
Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred
Good communication skills with peoples
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proactive, flexible, good communication skills and able to work independently
