Perform general office administrative and clerical support.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing, handling mail courier duties, stationery and office supplies ordering, meeting room management, maintenance of equipment and contract renewal.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
F5 or above.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
Well organized and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as a team.
Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
