Responsibilities:    

  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents.
  • Perform general office administrative and clerical support.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing, handling mail courier duties, stationery and office supplies ordering, meeting room management, maintenance of equipment and contract renewal.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 

  • F5 or above.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
  • Well organized and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
