Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of cruise operations, ensuring that all cruises run smoothly and efficiently.
Assist the section head to perform routine operation functions.
Be part of a vibrant and energetic cruise team to deliver sales revenue and passenger numbers.
Handle and follow up cruise packages.
Provide professional travel solutions and superb services to ensure client satisfaction.
Design travel plan, itinerary options with clients and suggest destinations, depending on the clients’ interests.
Coordinate payment schedules for itinerary packages or other trip components with clients and process authorized payments.
Requirements:
Diploma in Tourism or related discipline and above.
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Cruise products.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred.
Must be digital savvy and good with web applications and computers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, flexible and able to work independently.
