Responsibilities:     

  • Manage all aspects of cruise operations, ensuring that all cruises run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist the section head to perform routine operation functions.
  • Be part of a vibrant and energetic cruise team to deliver sales revenue and passenger numbers.
  • Handle and follow up cruise packages.
  • Provide professional travel solutions and superb services to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Design travel plan, itinerary options with clients and suggest destinations, depending on the clients’ interests.
  • Coordinate payment schedules for itinerary packages or other trip components with clients and process authorized payments.


Requirements: 

  • Diploma in Tourism or related discipline and above.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Cruise products.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
  • Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred.
  • Must be digital savvy and good with web applications and computers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, flexible and able to work independently.
