Assistant Manager - Cruise Tours

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manager cruise tour products.
  • Responsible for maximizing cruise tour bookings and revenue.
  • Coordinate with cruise companies to manage regular promotional campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with airlines, cruise lines and land operators
  • Ensure smooth operations of the cruise tours
  • Ensure high level of satisfaction of the clients

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in tourism studies.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Cruise products.
  • Work Independent, responsible and multi-tasking.
  • Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred.
  • Must be digital savvy and good with web applications and computers.
  • Good communication skills with peoples.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proactive, flexible, good communication skills and able to work independently.
