Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy services to customers for flight or hotel reservations.
- Handle customers’ requests and provide appropriate solutions.
- Responsible for maximizing travel bookings and sales revenue.
- Handle and follow up travel products and packages.
- Provide professional travel solutions and superb services to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage promotional campaign.
- (Ticketing Manger) manage and oversee all ticketing operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Travel or Tourism or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in travel products.
- Work Independent, responsible, and multi-tasking.
- Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
- Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred.
- Must be digital savvy and good with web applications and computers.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proactive, flexible, good communication skills and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies.
- Flexibility to work non office hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Ticketing Senior Consultant/Manager.
