Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, cruise lines to ensure the availability and quality of services and supplies.
- Responsible for maximizing cruise bookings and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with cruise companies to manage regular promotional campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of cruise operations, ensuring that all cruise tours run smoothly and efficiently.
- Be part of a vibrant and energetic cruise team to deliver sales revenue and passenger numbers.
- Work closely with cruise consultant to address guest concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Travel or Tourism or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Cruise products and operations.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
- Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred.
- Must be digital savvy and good with web applications and computers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, flexible and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Executive/Operations Manager.
