Responsibilities:
- Be part of a vibrant and energetic team to deliver sales revenue and passenger
numbers. - Provide full spectrum of travel consultancy service to clients include flight, hotel, car
reservations or other travel arrangement. - Provide professional travel solutions and superb services to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate tour arrangement among suppliers, customers and internal departments.
- Handle and follow up travel booking and enquiry.
Requirements:
- F5/DSE/Diploma in Travel or Tourism or related discipline and above.
- Minimum 2 years of Travel Consultant experience.
- Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred.
- Must be digital savvy and good with web applications and computers.
- Good communication skills with peoples.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proactive, flexible, good communication skills and able to work independently.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Travel Consultant.
