Travel and Tourism Internship Program

Internship Period:   24 months (Full time)

Module 1 (1-6 months, Cruises Management)

Module 2 (7-12 months, Tour Operations)

Module 3 (13-18 months, Leisure/FIT)

Module 4 (19-24 months, Business Development/Event Management)

Responsibilities:

  • Rotate across different departments, including Cruise, Tour Operation, Leisure/FIT and other departments within the company.
  • Interns will work closely with professional staff in providing travel solutions and superb services to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Implement strategic sales plans, operational strategies and manage promotional campaigns.

 

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates/final year students, preferably in tourism studies or related disciplines.
  • Strong passion to develop in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Must be digital savvy and good with technologies.
  • High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with respect to assigned work schedule.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments in a timely manner.
  • Open-minded to embrace new challenges, able to learn and adapt quickly.
