Manage financial transactions related to the Cruises and Corporate Team, including tracking expenses, processing invoices.
Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc;
Prepare financial reports on a regular basis.
Ensure that all financial activities related to the Cruises and Corporate Team are in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes that will increase efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate effectively with the Cruises and Corporate Team, as well as other departments within the company, to ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or LCCI higher certificate in Accounting.
Pass professional accounting qualification level 2 of any accounting bodies.
Experience in handle full set of accounts is preferred.
2-3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in Travel industry.
Proficient in MS Office.
Self-motivated, proactive, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
