Accounting Officer

Job Highlights
  • Ensure financial controls and procedures.
  • Diploma or LCCI higher certificate in Accounting.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions related to the Cruises and Corporate Team, including tracking expenses, processing invoices.
  • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc;
  • Prepare financial reports on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that all financial activities related to the Cruises and Corporate Team are in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes that will increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with the Cruises and Corporate Team, as well as other departments within the company, to ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or LCCI higher certificate in Accounting.
  • Pass professional accounting qualification level 2 of any accounting bodies.
  • Experience in handle full set of accounts is preferred.
  • 2-3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in Travel industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Immediately available is an advantage.
