Responsibilities:

Lead, roster and train a team of travel consultants
Responsible for maximizing travel bookings and sales revenue and prepare reports for management review
Liaise with different departments to develop solutions that aligned with business goal and execute company plan;
Supervise leisure travel bookings and handle enquiries
Design FIT, leisure and travel trips, packages and itinerary options based on the clients’ needs and interests.
Liaise and coordinate with travel suppliers, agents and internal departments.
Manage promotional campaigns with marketing team
Provide professional travel solutions and superb services to ensure client satisfaction
Handle client feedbacks and complaints when necessary

Requirements:

Must be digital savvy and good with technologies
Degree holder, preferably in tourism studies or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of FIT, leisure travel industry experience
Proficiency in Reservation System, Internet booking tools and MS Office
Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred
Strong product & fare knowledge including IATA, BSP and ticket issuing and refunds
Good communication skills with peoples
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proactive, flexible, good communication skills and able to work independently
