Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized MICE and tailor-made itineraries.
Plan and organize MICE events, including meetings, seminars, incentive travel, and group tours.
Research destinations and attractions, providing clients with recommendations on travel activities, transportation, accommodations, and dining options.
Liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, prices, and service quality to ensure clients receive the best value and satisfaction.
Manage budgets and ensure projects are executed as planned within the allocated timeframe.
Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless end-to-end process and high-quality service for our clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism Management, Business Administration or Marketing.
4+ years of experience in MICE and Incentive event planning or group tour development.
Proven ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and vendors.
Detailed and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Familiarity with travel reservation systems and event planning software and technology.
