We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring that hardware, software, and network issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support for office and store users.
Perform initial problem diagnosis, remote support, and provide deskside support when necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software, including manage user accounts (creation, deletion and updates), and email configurations.
Monitor and manage IT inventory, ensuring that all equipment is accounted for and properly maintained.
Document and track support requests.
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
Solid troubleshooting skills and experience related to common office IT issues & systems.
Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
